Question 1

What is the stand passport?

Accepted Answer

It is an EVIUS feature for trade shows and events with several booths. Each attendee has a personal QR and each booth scans it; the attendee sees on their phone which booths they visited and which are left. At DevOpsDays Bogotá 2026 it was used with 21 booths, and attendees who completed the route could enter a prize draw.

Question 2

How do I get attendees to visit the booths?

Accepted Answer

With the passport: each scan logs a real visit and whoever completes the route enters a prize draw. Exhibitors get verified visits and the organizer sees how many passports were completed.

Question 3

Does every exhibitor get its own report?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every company has its own space in the platform and receives its booth's report: visits, captured contacts, and meetings booked versus meetings held. The organizer sees the show-wide roll-up.

Question 4

Does it work for virtual trade shows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Exhibitors get a virtual booth with their material, the agenda streams inside the event page, and meetings happen in 1:1 rooms. At a hybrid show it's the same registration for whoever walks into the venue and whoever logs in.

Question 5

How is the show's physical traffic measured?

Accepted Answer

EVIUS measures whatever flows through registration, check-in and meetings. To measure foot traffic across aisles and zones of the venue, sensing is Connect, a Mocion service quoted separately that feeds the same dashboard.

Question 6

Can visitors book meetings before the show?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with the networking module: the visitor browses the exhibitor directory, requests a meeting, and arrives at the venue with their schedule already built. Every meeting is logged as held or not held.
